About The Conference

Collaborating Across Borders to Advance Infection and Immunity Research.

Decoding Host–Pathogen Biology: From Innate Sensors to Multiomics and Global Health Solutions is an international SPARC-funded conference jointly organized by NITTE (Deemed to be University), India, The Australian National University (ANU), and Murdoch University, Australia, under the Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC), Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The program aims to strengthen Indo–Australian collaboration in infection and immunity by bringing together leading scientists, clinicians, early-career researchers, and students to explore the mechanisms underlying host immune responses to infectious diseases. Scientific sessions will focus on host–pathogen interactions, innate and adaptive immunity, inflammasome biology, immune signalling, inflammation, microbial pathogenesis, host defence mechanisms, precision diagnostics and therapeutics as global health solutions and One Health.

Designed as a capacity-building initiative, the workshop will feature keynote lectures, invited talks, oral and poster presentations, interactive discussions, and mentoring sessions. It will provide a platform for scientific exchange, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and promote the translation of fundamental discoveries into innovative strategies for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases.
